ECC won the toss and opted to bowl first. A strong bowling performance followed, with key wickets taken by Reggie and Charlotte. Despite the early breakthroughs, Wittering’s final pair batted well, boosting the total to a competitive 337.
In reply, WW kept the scoreboard ticking, with Lennie, Cam, and Charlotte all finding the boundary. The team held steady until the final pair of Cam and Charlotte put on a determined 25-run partnership. However, it wasn’t quite enough to reach the target.
